Gretchen Behar is a visionary Mompreneur and community builder with 20 years of experience in Corporate Retail Marketing and Visual Merchandising. Her career began in Los Angeles, where she honed her skills in branding, customer experience, and strategic growth—expertise that continues to shape her work today.
After returning to her home state of Florida to raise her family, Gretchen launched My True Beauty, a concierge-style retail beauty business rooted in customized routines, clean products, and confidence. Through this venture, she built a thriving brand and continues to empower clients of all ages to feel their best, inside and out.
In 2021, she founded Mompreneurs, a Florida-based community designed to connect ambitious, growth-minded women in business. What began as a small local meetup quickly evolved into a powerhouse network of over 2,000 Mompreneurs. Most recently, Gretchen has launched the Mompreneurs Membership program, which offers its members access to its exclusive members’ directory, events calendar, and business education platform, Mompreneurs University. All inspired by her commitment to creating spaces where women can grow both professionally and personally.
As a proud Florida mom raising two active kids—with the unwavering support of her husband who’s been by her side since the beginning—Gretchen lives the life she helps others build: one filled with passion, purpose, and nonstop multitasking. With a coffee in one hand and her phone in the other, she leads with creativity, compassion, and an unwavering belief in the power of women supporting women.
