All paid memberships are non-refundable and non-cancelable once purchased. By enrolling, you agree to the pricing and payment terms as outlined at checkout. Payments are securely processed through Stripe.

2. Directory Participation

Paid members may create a directory profile to showcase their business. All profile submissions are subject to review and approval. We reserve the right to edit or reject any profile content that:

• Violates our content or conduct guidelines
  
  
• Includes inappropriate, misleading, or spammy content
  
  
• Does not align with the mission or tone of our community
  
  

Members choose what to display in their profiles, and all content must reflect professionalism, accuracy, and respect for others.

3. Event Participation and Vendor Terms

We host various events, both free and paid. Vendor spots are available to members at select events and are subject to:

• Fulfillment of promotional requirements (provided in advance)
  
  
• Agreement to a vendor code of conduct
  
  
• Active and respectful participation
  
  

Vendor fees are non-refundable. Failure to meet participation or marketing standards may result in removal without refund.

4. Community Conduct

We expect all users and members to engage respectfully and professionally. You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, or harm others
  
  
• Use discriminatory or offensive language
  
  
• Spam or misuse contact info or community platforms
  
  
• Post false, misleading, or inappropriate content
  
  

Violation of these standards may result in revoked access to your membership, profile, or events.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including logos, branding, text, and design, is the intellectual property of Mompreneurs unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any materials for personal or commercial purposes without explicit written consent.
