Hi, I’m Jessie Brundage. I’m the founder of Oak and Ledger, a South Florida-based bookkeeping firm that helps small business owners feel confident and in control of their finances. I have a Master’s in Accountancy and began my career in public accounting, but my passion for helping small businesses grew from working in my own family’s company.
My grandmother did the books for my dad’s business, and I saw firsthand what a difference that made. When she was no longer able to keep up with it, everything became harder to manage. That experience left a lasting impact on me and shaped how I approach bookkeeping today—with care, clarity, and a deep respect for the people behind the business.
I’m also a proud mom of two sweet boys who keep life fun and full. Before launching my business, I played Division I softball at Stetson University and was later inducted into their Hall of Fame. These days, I genuinely enjoy spending my free time watching baseball, softball, or really any sport with my husband and our boys.
Whether it’s balancing the books or chasing little ones around the yard, I’m all in. I love connecting with fellow moms who are building something meaningful both at home and in business.
